DESIGN
The team assigns each project to a dedicated designer, guided by clear instructions from the business development manager who first engages with the client.
The designer studies the client’s requirements in detail through in-depth discussions and floor plan reviews to understand space, functionality, and design goals.
The designer conducts a site visit to record accurate on-site measurements for the residence or commercial space.
The design team prepares detailed drawings and shares them with the client for review and feedback.
Both parties approve the final drawings, after which the team forwards them to the factory for production and execution.
PRODUCTION
The factory manager and assigned designer coordinate detailed clarifications and confirmations during the production stage.
The team conducts a follow-up site visit to recheck and reconfirm actual measurements, ensuring complete accuracy with factory drawings.
The project manager confirms site readiness, after which the team schedules production in mutual agreement with the client.
EXECUTION
The team head plans project implementation well in advance to ensure seamless coordination of all activities.
The team schedules installation immediately after product delivery to avoid delays at the site.
One Space Interiors manages an in-house logistics team to ensure safe, efficient, and timely transportation of all furnishings.
The team informs clients in advance about the estimated installation duration based on the project scope and work volume.
